3. Client Responsibilities and Accuracy of Information

To provide accurate and timely services, we rely on the information and documents provided by you. By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide authentic, complete, and up-to-date information regarding your business, identity (e.g., CNIC), and financial history.
• Respond promptly to our requests for additional documentation required by governmental bodies (SECP, FBR, IPO, etc.).
• Acknowledge that any discrepancies, falsifications, or delays in providing information may result in rejected applications or penalties from regulatory authorities, for which AMAZON CONSULTANT shall not be held liable.

4. Service Delivery and Government Delays

While we strive for expedited processing of all registrations and filings, you acknowledge that our services are heavily dependent on third-party government portals and regulatory bodies (e.g., SECP, FBR, IPO). Therefore:

• AMAZON CONSULTANT is not responsible or liable for any delays, system outages, or processing backlogs caused by government portals.
• Estimated timelines provided during consultation are approximations and do not constitute binding guarantees.

5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Our fee structure is transparent and communicated prior to the commencement of any service. Please note:

• Fees consist of professional service charges and statutory government fees.
• Payment terms will be agreed upon initiation of the service.
• Government fees, challans, and statutory duties paid on your behalf are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Refunds for professional service fees are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will only be considered if AMAZON CONSULTANT has failed to initiate the agreed-upon tasks. Once work has commenced or applications have been filed, professional fees become non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content present on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of AMAZON CONSULTANT (Smc) Pvt. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
